Growth is all about failing forward, fast. 

We have long pondered how to design a shared culture that celebrates just that premise, while gamifying the whole process, and creating magnetic connection through radical transparency. A space that would allow for us not only to be a participant in the growth story of a company, but to truly help write and drive it too. A space that would allow us to flex and be agile to the twists and turns a typical startup wrestles with weekly. Ultimately, allowing us to tag-in the right resource at the right time, without the added cost and on-ramp time needed.

We designed Moonnride to be that ethereal space. 

We know first hand how meaningful it is to spare teams from those missteps, both in a financial and a culture sense. As we looked to reimagine the entire framework for our industry, we found deeply meaningful purpose in what we’re building towards. Ultimately, believing that this is just the beginning of a bigger movement we hope to be a catalyst for.
